Embassy Healthcare was founded in 1998. The healthcare service conglomerate oversees assisted living, adult daycare, and skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Florida. Design2influence and MadAve Marketing Management teamed up with Embassy and its 30+ locations to expand their branding, marketing, and print mediums.
At first glance, the Embassy Healthcare logo appears to be a complete re-do. However, it preserves some of the beauty of their previous brand identity. The former logo had a strong font selection but needed an update to its weight and colors. The former Bold weight was replaced with regular weight, and Embassy’s purple replaced brown. Design2influence also created Embassy’s first icon and introduced three new colors to Embassy’s color palette. The new look was installed across Embassy’s facilities, which continue to grow.
Maintaining brand design and print consistency across multiple locations isn’t always simple. Embassy Healthcare has over 25 locations, and sometimes some locations have different ideas for their facility’s “look.” Part of design2influence’s job is to ensure all visual materials are consistent with Embassy’s approved fonts, colors, graphics, and images. Every piece of Embassy’s brand identity had to have a look that was easily recognized as their own.
With the different pieces we’ve created for Embassy, we also developed a Print Order Portal to manage their creative tasks. Each location can log into and order envelopes, letterhead, business cards, banners, and other collateral pieces. The print order portal has ensured brand consistency, expedited turnaround, and increased marketing initiative awareness amongst all the Embassy Healthcare locations.
