Fisher-Titus is an independent health system that serves Norwalk and surrounding communities in North Central Ohio. The organization includes a hospital, medical centers, physician offices, skilled nursing and home health services. Their mission is to provide compassionate care while improving the health and wellness of the community.
As Fisher-Titus expanded, we helped their marketing team see the need for an upgraded approach to their communications. We partnered with them to reimagine their branding statements, strengthen their brochures and billboards, create radio and TV spots, as well as online video.
The result: approachable, human, audience-focused messaging that reinforces patient trust.
Patients don’t visit a hospital website for fun. They go to find answers. We redesigned FisherTitus.org to make that process easier. The clean, mobile-friendly site helps users quickly locate a provider, service or resource. It also highlights community programs and wellness content, so the site supports a potential patient’s immediate needs and the larger mission of health education.

Real photography and video bring authenticity to the brand. We continue to capture moments inside the hospital, throughout the system and across the towns Fisher-Titus serves to highlight caregivers, patients and examples of community connections. Those visuals became the foundation for ads, campaigns and social posts, building consumer confidence by showing the people behind the care.
