As the founder of MadAveGroup and its agencies, Jerry Brown understands what it takes to get an idea off the ground and grow it into a successful business. His passions have always included sales and marketing, but he’s added other skills along the way, including business development, mentoring, and communication training.

Jerry directs our agency’s growth, ensures its financial stability, and protects its culture. He participates in client strategy meetings, serves as a marketing consultant for some of our firm’s premier clients, and actively recruits new talent to join our team.

Jerry loves asking hard questions—getting down to the core information and motivation we need to provide solutions that serve our clients. It’s all part of achieving the “authentic dialogue” that’s essential to a productive working relationship.

He is a founding member of the Customer Experience Marketing Alliance and a pioneering member of the On Hold Messaging Association. Jerry previously worked with The Toledo Area Business Network, The Chief Executive Boards, The Young Entrepreneur Society, and served as a trustee for The Huntington Community Center.

Jerry also served as President of the Toledo Chapter of The American Advertising Federation and received the organization’s highest honors, The Silver Medal Award, in 2012. In 2016, he was inducted into the Entrepreneurial & Business Excellence Hall of Fame.
