• Self-educate on new equipment, software, and best practices

Job Duties:

• Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information & materials and team discovery.
• Plans concept by studying information and materials.
• Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
• Completes projects by coordinating with internal resources and external vendors.
• Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional design experience.
• Graphic Design Skills, Layout Skills, Customer Focus, Creativity, Flexibility, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented
• Proficient with Adobe Suite, primarily with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience with Microsoft products also preferred.

Benchmarks:

• 8% of Bonus = Maintain a Minimum Monthly Amount of Task Deadlines Met of 95%

Benchmark Bonus:

• 20% of salary as outlined above
